Job summary

66degrees is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a 12-week contract in the United States. You will bridge a React/TypeScript frontend with a Python/FastAPI backend, deploying on Google Cloud Platform with Cloud Run and Vertex AI integration.

Responsibilities include building robust UIs, designing scalable APIs, containerization, data pipelines, AI model integration, and CI/CD work with Azure DevOps. 40 hours per week, start Oct 5.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React and TypeScript with strong UI focus.
• Strong Python programming with hands-on FastAPI experience.
• GCP serverless experience, including Cloud Run and Cloud Run Jobs.
• Experience with Firestore and BigQuery for data management and analytics.
• Practical experience integrating Vertex AI / Gemini models.
• Knowledge of enterprise SSO, IAP and Entra ID integration.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Frontend development using React/TypeScript to create robust UIs.
• Backend API design and implementation with Python and FastAPI.
• Containerise and deploy services on GCP Cloud Run and manage pipelines.
• Build data pipelines using Cloud Run Jobs and connect to analytics stores.
• Integrate Vertex AIGemini models for data extraction and risk assessment.
• Manage Firestore state and BigQuery analytics integration.
• Implement SSO with IAP and Entra ID; ensure secure access control.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps for GCP deployment.
