Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development with backend focus in Python and/or Node.js.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of OOP, Agile methodologies, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Interest in AI and automation-driven development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full-stack applications with backend emphasis.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks through the software development lifecycle.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data workflows.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Document development phases, monitor system performance, and improve reliability.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and contribute to product and technical decision-making.
