Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT positions (academic or professional).
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Write high‑quality code compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT colleagues.
• Troubleshoot user‑identified issues.
• Use automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, etc.) for automation.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
