Job summary
CVS Health is launching an Information Security & Technology Solutions (ISTS) Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP), a two-year development track to become a full-stack automation engineer. The program offers hands-on experience, training, and mentorship within a Fortune 6 company, focusing on Agile, DevSecOps, and XP methodologies.
Eligible candidates will learn to support and automate IT systems, with emphasis on AI/ML, cloud concepts, and security awareness.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
- 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
- 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
- Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners on priorities.
- Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new tech.
- Create and execute test scenarios for new changes.
- Share knowledge openly with IT personnel.
- Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
- Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automating use cases.
- Work within Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
