Job summary

CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) that trains to become a full-stack automation engineer. This two-year program offers hands-on IT experience, structured training, and exposure to AI‑driven enterprise delivery in a fast-paced security-focused environment.

You will contribute to Security, Automation, Cloud, and AI initiatives while working within Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality, compliant code per enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners on business priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to apply new tech.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new or changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT colleagues and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins.
• Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery models.
