Job summary

eXp World Holdings Inc. is looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. You’ll work on end‑to‑end solutions across the stack using Next.js/React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, with Python as an asset, enabling scalable real estate products.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape architecture, APIs, and cloud integrations in an AWS environment, ensuring security and reliability across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack exposure.
• Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript; Python is a plus.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js for modern web apps.
• Hands-on with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB).
• Knowledge of HTTP APIs, RESTful and hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features in Next.js/React web apps with focus on usability, performance, and scalability.
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript; Python is a plus.
• Leverage AWS services (S3, queues, Secrets Manager, SQL databases) for service development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and robust API design; ensure secure, scalable systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and DevOps-focused deployment practices.
