Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our remote IT team supporting federal-grade software systems. The role emphasizes secure, scalable REST APIs with C#/.NET, SPA frontends with React/TypeScript, and cloud-enabled data services.

You'll work in an Agile environment, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensure accessibility compliance, and collaborate with DoD-focused security standards under RMF and STIG controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years full-stack development across SDLC.
• 3+ years SPA development with React/TypeScript.
• 3+ years backend with C#/.NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain secure RESTful Web APIs with C#/.NET Core.
• Design and optimize MS SQL Server schemas and data access with EF Core.
• Support CI/CD and multi-tier deployments across environments.
• Ensure accessibility per Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Adhere to OWASP, RMF/STIG security and DevSecOps practices.
