Oddball is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our CMS team, building APIs and interfaces powering tools shaping healthcare policy in the United States. You will work remotely on a cross-functional team delivering high-quality, accessible software that supports federal workflows.

The role emphasizes frontend React/TypeScript and backend Go, with GraphQL integration, API design collaboration, and an Agile development process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Frontend in React/TypeScript and backend in Go experience.
Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
Familiarity with Docker, Git and Cypress or similar testing tools.
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL is a plus.
Comfortable in a federal or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Go.
Consume and interact with GraphQL APIs via Apollo Client.
Collaborate across frontend and backend to shape data endpoints and API contracts.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code that other engineers enjoy working with.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Ensure interfaces meet federal accessibility standards including Section 508 and WCAG.
