Job summary
HireHi is a well-established international B2B SaaS company delivering a complex platform with many integrations. You will own work end to end—from backend APIs and frontend development to release and production—within a distributed team.
The role requires strong Rails, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL skills, plus API integration experience, testing discipline, and solid documentation practices. English B2, Russian language support, and a B2B contract with fully remote work from Europe
Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge incl. schema design and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Strong engineering practices in testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a distributed team.
- English B2 for documentation, tickets, and company-wide communication.
- Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the engineering team.
