Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or full-stack systems.
• Strong experience with Python service development and building/consuming gRPC/protobuf APIs.
• Practical PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks and UI production.
• Good knowledge of concurrency and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience in large codebases with good engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate Python-based microservices and gRPC APIs.
• Implement UI changes and collaborate with product/UX teams.
• Own application logic end-to-end and ensure features are secure.
• Participate in incident response and maintain operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, QA, infra, and customer success teams.
