Job summary

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build customer-facing web apps using .NET/C#, React, REST APIs, and SQL Server. This remote role supports the US Midwest region with standard business hours.

You will contribute across the SDLC, leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, and lead small to mid-sized projects while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software or web development experience including analysis, design, coding and testing.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with OOP and SQL Server development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools within the SDLC and evaluating AI output.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains full-stack web applications using .NET/C# and RESTful APIs.
• Supports complex backend services, business logic, and system integrations.
• Uses AI-assisted tools across the SDLC to aid requirements, design, code, and testing.
• Reviews AI-generated output for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Promotes secure coding practices and OWASP security standards.
• Performs lead developer duties on assigned projects.
• Collaborates with Website and Database Administrators for production moves.
