Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications supporting mortgage origination, servicing, and operations. You will work on front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/related field.
• 5+ years in full-stack development and related fields.
• Experience building web-based applications end-to-end.
• Experience with front-end technologies and back-end services.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
• Knowledge of secure coding, SDLC, and testing.
• Experience with Git, Azure, AWS, and Agile methodologies.
• Preferred experience with mortgage tech platforms like Encompass LOS.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications.
• Analyze requirements to deliver technical solutions aligning with CCM goals.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Build responsive and accessible UI with modern front-end tools.
• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs supporting mortgage operations.
• Create and optimize RESTful APIs and data services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, UI/UX, and other teams.
• Maintain documentation and participate in CI/CD workflows.
