Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join the Member Web team. You will design, build, test and ship features in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment using React, Java and Rails.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into secure, high-quality solutions that improve the member experience across digital health management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience with React or other modern Javascript framework.
• Strong communication skills and passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test new features in an existing code base.
• Develop full stack web development expertise with React, Java, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres.
• Validate design approach with other team members.
• Contribute to code reviews and other team processes.
• Write unit tests, and support the automation team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve member experience.
