Job summary

Icon Health is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain our Care Management Platform. You’ll work in a modern cloud stack, partnering with clinical, product and data teams to operationalize data into actionable insights and healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Python backend and ORM tools (Django)
• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Healthcare data familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack web applications using modern technologies
• Develop responsive and performant user interfaces
• Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code
• Collaborate with product managers, clinical team, and other engineers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems
• Develop automated test suites and ensure code quality
• Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design
