Dev Technology is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet client requirements and industry standards.

The role requires a strong background in software development, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration within a team. Ideal candidates will have experience with Java, Python, C#, and modern development frameworks, along with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software development with Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on client specifications and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in testing to ensure software quality and performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, providing timely solutions to technical issues.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure milestones are met.
