Kardex Group, a leading provider of dynamic storage and logistics systems, seeks a Fullstack Developer to join our team in Poland. You will design and develop scalable software components for intralogistics and automation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

The role offers remote work within Poland with occasional international collaboration. You should have a CS or related degree and 3+ years as a full‑stack developer, plus experience in software architecture,

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of professional Full-stack development experience.
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and integration.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
Fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

Design and develop complex software components ensuring scalability and reliability.
Maintain high code quality through reviews and thorough testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and system challenges.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions.
