Job summary

BJAK is seeking experienced full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Neobank app. This role is product-minded and spans frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

You'll own features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases, create onboarding/workflows for accounts and payments, and collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to ship and iterate at speed. This role is remote for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Real shipped products experience.
• Comfortable with frontend, backend, APIs, and debugging.
• Proficient with modern frontend stacks (React/Next.js/Vue).
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows.
• Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create customer and internal onboarding/workflows for accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve.
