Job summary

BJAK is seeking full‑stack engineers to build rapidly across the AI Neobank app. The role spans frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys, turning ideas into working products quickly.

You’ll work with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to ship features, improve UX, and automate workflows. The team values fast delivery, practical engineering, and shipping real products.

Qualifications

• Real shipped products as a full stack engineer.
• Front-end, back-end, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js/Vue or similar modern stack.
• Backend fundamentals: APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability.
• Strong product sense; ability to simplify messy workflows.
• Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve.
