Job summary

Novakid School is seeking a remote frontend/backend engineer to own parts of the visitor funnel, from landing pages to booked lessons. You will handle attribution chains, UTM tracking, and server-side integrations with ad platforms, while writing backend code in Python/Node and supporting SSR and testing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytics expertise, and English proficiency, with a fully remote setup and opportunities to impact AI-driven education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Python/Node.js backend and SSR debugging.
• Strong analytics and tracking knowledge (GTM, event tracking, data flows).
• Product-minded with data-driven decision making.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons.
• Own attribution: end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking.
• Build server-side integrations with ad platforms (e.g., Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar).
• Write and debug backend code in Python/Node: endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.
• Support A/B testing: rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup.
• Investigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution.
• Monitor and optimize public page speed: Core Web Vitals.
