Job summary

BlueInGreen is seeking a seasoned full-stack software engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end solutions that improve tooling, automation, testing infrastructure, and operational workflows.

This fully remote, U.S.-only role emphasizes quality-minded development across frontend, backend, and developer tooling, with opportunities to lead large-scale technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern UI frameworks, preferably React.
• Backend systems experience with Node.js/Java/Spring Boot.
• Ability to design, build, test, deploy, and operate production software.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications for device automation, testing infra, and tooling.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot across stack including integrations, automation systems, and observability.
• Improve internal tools, automation workflows, and developer tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations to address pain points and ethc initiatives.
• Lead or support large-scale technical initiatives in a dynamic environment.
