Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong .NET/Angular experience for a 100% remote project. The assignment is a temporary 12+ month engagement, ASAP start, with possible extensions and occasional on-site meetings.

The role emphasizes full-cycle development, API and integration work, SDLC/Agile practices, and a shift from legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures. Strong analysis and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with C# .NET, Web API, and Angular 16+.
• Experience with SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience with modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience with business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Experience with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points.
• Experience with full-cycle application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and pull request submission.
• Experience with developing, enhancing, and maintaining application components that meet functional and technical requirements.
• Experience with developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain application components that meet functional and technical requirements.
• Perform full-cycle application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Develop APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows to support modernization efforts.
• Develop clear, actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers to translate specifications into production‑ready software.
• Support the transition from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-based technology stack.
