KCE Logistics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on marketing across content, digital, design, campaigns, and sales enablement from Medley, FL. The role requires writing copy, designing assets, updating pages, and executing email and social campaigns with minimal external support.

Collaborate with Sales, Pricing and Operations to translate logistics services into clear messaging. Strong English and Portuguese writing skills and remote collaboration across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or another technical services industry.
• Demonstrated full stack capability: write copy, design assets, build and update web pages, and execute email and social campaigns without external agency support.
• Working proficiency with a CRM and/or marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, RD Station, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent) and comfort producing basic video and motion content.
• Practical knowledge of a CMS (WordPress or similar), on-page SEO, and web analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese; able to write commercially persuasive copy in English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting across time zones, managing multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable learning technical subject matter and interviewing internal experts to produce accurate content.

Responsibilities
