Debtt Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer - AI Trainer to create coding problems, evaluate AI-generated code, and improve AI systems. This remote, project-based role allows for flexible scheduling and offers hourly pay.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and experience as a Software Developer or Programmer. Compensation can reach up to $100.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse programming problems used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations for tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback that guides model improvements.
• Synthesize insights through data analysis and visualization when required.
