Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Fulfillment Operations Associate in the United States for an expert-focused operations role supporting AI research projects. You will own expert matching, onboarding through activation, and ongoing engagement to ensure efficient staffing while reducing manual bottlenecks through automation.

The position offers a high-ownership environment with autonomy and collaboration with engineers and researchers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fulfillment, delivery operations, onboarding, staffing, talent marketplaces, or a comparable operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage meaningful operational volume, with experience tracking throughput, turnaround times, capacity, and cost.
• Experience owning an NPS, CSAT, retention, or comparable performance metric and improving results through structured processes.
• Strong operational rigor with documentation, SOPs, trackers, workflows, and reliable handoffs.
• High ownership and independence with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions across teams.
• Experience in delivery operations, program operations, or fulfillment within a rapidly scaling organization is valuable.
• Genuine interest in using AI tools and automation to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own expert fulfillment and matching, connecting qualified experts with projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
• Drive activation from initial matching through kickoff, guidelines, first assignments, and ramp-up to reduce delays.
• Own satisfaction, NPS, and retention by developing policies, systems, SOPs, and follow-up processes.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, background checks, access, and deprovisioning.
• Manage relationships and workflows involving platforms, background-check providers, payment and contracting systems, and vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop internal tools, automation, and scalable workflows to improve matching and verification.
• Establish documentation, trackers, SOPs, and handoffs to maintain consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep fulfillment activities moving smoothly.
• Monitor performance and use data/feedback to improve fulfillment speed, quality, and engagement.
