Jobgether is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Associate in the United States to manage expert matching, onboarding, and end-to-end lifecycle activities for AI research projects. The role focuses on building scalable workflows, reducing delays, and improving expert engagement through automation and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment or delivery operations.
• Ability to track throughput, turnaround times, capacity, and cost.
• Experience owning metrics like NPS, CSAT, or retention.
• Strong documentation, SOPs, trackers, and handoffs.
• High ownership with rapid problem-solving across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own expert fulfillment and matching based on skills and availability.
• Drive activation from matching to kickoff and ramp-up, reducing delays.
• Own expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention with policies and SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and access.
• Coordinate with platforms, background-check vendors, payment systems, and other vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and build automation for onboarding, verification, and status tracking.
• Create clear documentation, trackers, and SOPs for consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep fulfillment moving.
• Monitor performance and use data/feedback to improve speed and quality.
