Job summary

Maximus seeks a Software Developer (Frontend) to provide frontend design and development for USAF missions. You will create mockups, wireframes and UI elements, plan GUI modifications and optimize navigation to ease use for user-facing features.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly, at least seven years of software development, and experience with agile, DevSecOps, and cloud environments. Some travel (10–20%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 7 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with DevSecOps, microservices, and containers tool suites.
• 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and testing web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Front-end design and development tasks including creating technical design drawings, mockups, wireframes and documentation.
• Plan and implement modifications to GUIs and optimize system navigation and user experience.
• Demonstrate experience in agile, user-centric application design and best-of-breed UI/UX practices.
