Job summary

PLACE is a profitable, hypergrowth startup building tools for productive real estate teams. As a Software Developer on the Brivity platform, you will ship high‑quality features across the full stack with React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET, partnering with product leadership and design.

You will use AI tooling to accelerate development, write tests, review code, and collaborate across teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional frontend and/or full-stack development experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript proficiency with a track record of delivering
• Experience with Ruby and/or .NET and quick language adoption when needed.
• Experience building with REST and GraphQL APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools in a professional workflow.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications for the Brivity platform across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to scope and deliver features.
• Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for quality coverage.
• Debug issues and improve performance and reliability across the stack.
• Reduce technical debt and raise engineering standards through code reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, backend, and product teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
