Job summary

Nex is seeking a frontend-first engineer to own and evolve our marketing site—the CMS powering our pages, the component library keeping UI consistent, and the performance polish that makes every visit feel intentional.

You'll work with designers, marketers, and leadership to build fast, accessible web experiences that scale across regions; you’ll own the publishing workflow and contribute to a robust design system used by millions of visitors.

Qualifications

Built and maintained a performant production marketing site.
Set up or evolved a CMS for non-technical teams and publishing workflows.
Focused on code quality, tests, and reliability for real-world use.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the marketing site, CMS, and frontend architecture.
Collaborate with Design and Marketing to build polished, on-brand experiences.
Keep content publishing pipeline smooth to move fast without engineering bottlenecks.
Build lightweight integrations and tooling to connect third-party services and CX tools.
Ensure performance and UX, from Core Web Vitals to CMS workflows.
Develop and maintain the Web Design System and component libraries.
