Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience building modern, component-based web applications.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex workflows into clear, approachable product experiences.
• Develop reusable frontend components and establish consistent interaction patterns.
• Improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, and perceived speed.
• Design stateful and asynchronous workflows using Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, queues, and related patterns.
• Build and extend APIs and backend services that support product functionality.
• Implement real-time progress, background-job, notification, and collaboration experiences.
• Improve frontend testing, observability, release processes, and error handling.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, AI, and backend partners.
• Help define a high bar for product quality, usability, and visual polish.
