Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Front-End Engineer II for a remote, full-time role focused on building and enhancing single-page applications that support internal systems and user-facing experiences. You will mentor associates and collaborate with API engineers, designers, and product owners.

Strong JavaScript fundamentals with Ember.js/React, HTML, CSS, and testing, accessibility, and code standards are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building SPAs with modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with Ember.js or React and RESTful APIs.
• Strong HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile-first single page applications with Ember.js for various devices.
• Convert wireframes into reusable components and maintain code.
• Test for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior front-end engineers and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain code libraries and document technical specs.
