Key responsibilities include managing Vault clusters, integrating with Kubernetes, and collaborating with DevOps teams. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $130,000 – $180,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience administering HashiCorp Vault in production environments.
• Deep understanding of zero-trust security principles.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (TeamCity, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their Kubernetes offerings.
• Strong problem-solving skills in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage HashiCorp Vault for secret management.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available Vault clusters.
• Integrate Vault with Kubernetes for dynamic secrets.
• Collaborate to enforce zero-trust security policies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for Vault administration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Vault performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for data protection.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for secure application deployments.
• Document processes, configurations, and architecture.
