Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision. You will help ensure compliance, efficiency, and meet customer needs while serving as the primary contact for referral sources, physician offices, and patients/caregivers.

In this role you will support order processing, verify demographics, manage prescriptions, assist with inventory, and collaborate across departments to maintain accurate records and timely delivery of

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Process referrals accurately
• Work with pharmacist to ensure efficient workflow and timely orders
• Communicate with referral sources and patients professionally
• Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage
• Ensure accurate delivery address and co-pays
• Keep patient records up to date
• Identify and refer clinical issues to the pharmacist
• Answer high-volume calls and assist patients
• Collaborate across departments to fulfill orders
• Fill prescriptions as directed by the pharmacist
• Assist with ordering and inventory management
• Support other pharmacy duties as required
• Utilize Microsoft Office effectively
