You will manage patient profiles and coordinate with providers and insurers to resolve issues. The position requires a High School Diploma and a State Pharmacy Technician license, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and active State Pharmacy Technician license.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Resident State Pharmacy Technician license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-bound pharmacy customer calls.
• Make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, referrals, and insurance carriers.
• Resolve customer issues including billing and insurance denials with insurers.
• Establish and maintain patient profiles with medications, insurance, billing, and provider information.
• Process orders using EnterpriseRx; gather demographics and billing data to complete orders and obtain prior authorizations.
• Assist pharmacists as needed; maintain inventory, stock the pharmacy, and dispense medication.
