From our TypeScript/React/Postgres stack to AI frameworks, you will lead design decisions, run experiments, and drive impact across online and offline evaluations while shaping a high-growth product culture.

Qualifications

• Senior or staff level PM with ownership of an AI coding agent.
• Strong software fundamentals and ability to code.
• Experience with AI context and harness engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the context/harness system design for the AI coding agent.
• Improve cost, performance, and accuracy of the agent.
• Run online and offline evaluations to guide product decisions.
