Qualifications
- Technical training or experience in facility maintenance and safety.
- HVAC journeyman or equivalent license with CFC cert within 12 months.
- Experience with computers, BAS, and CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of building HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Maintain and repair facilities and building systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.

- Assist with building repairs, setups, and campus deliveries.
