Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Consultant to lead AI-enabled integration projects across Workday and customers’ enterprise systems. You will shape modern integration practices, own design decisions, and mentor other consultants on architecture and execution.

Based in Poland with a flexible remote option, you will collaborate with engagement managers, partners, and customers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or systems integration.
• Proven ability to design and deploy integration solutions in customer-facing settings.
• Strong design skills turning business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into documented specs.
• Ability to influence and align non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven relationship management with customers and teams.
• Quick learning agility to adopt new tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, test, and deployment of complex integrations.
• Convert customer requirements into architectural decisions.
• Guide discussions on integration architecture, security, and authentication.
• Mentor other consultants and share architectural knowledge.
• Coordinate with engagement managers and leads to monitor status and risks.
• Adopt new technologies and methodologies in projects.
• Rethink delivery with AI-era tools.
