Job summary

InnevAto EDU is seeking a Remote Teacher of Record for the upcoming school year or summer session. This is a vendor contract with the school district, hired through Fairfield County ESC.

The role supports online courses for students across districts and requires a valid Ohio license and a bachelor’s degree in the content area. Compensation starts at $125 per student per semester; this is designed as a part-time, remote position with ongoing need depending on enrollment and district contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards and IDEA Requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete an online professional development course in Best Practices of Online Teaching.
• Publish and evaluate at least 90% of course content.
• Communicate with students via LMS, email, phone, or video conferencing regularly.
• Monitor student activity and intervene if inactive for one week.
• Provide feedback on student submissions and maintain records.
