Responsibilities

• Book freight loads using broker networks and load boards
• Negotiate rates with freight brokers
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for drivers
• Track shipments and update load statuses
• Handle dispatch paperwork and documents
• Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers
• Manage schedules and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate load and dispatch records
• Work independently without daily supervision
• Support owner-operators with load planning
