Job summary

American Logistics Authority is seeking a Freight Dispatcher (Independent Contractor) in a remote, United States–based role. This is a performance-based, commission-driven dispatch position working with owner-operators under their own authority, with earnings tied to efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume.

Responsibilities include booking loads, negotiating rates, coordinating pickups and paperwork, and maintaining professional communication with drivers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Laptop or desktop computer.
• High-speed internet connection.
• Professional phone or headset.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Experience in dispatching, brokerage, customer service, or similar communication-based roles is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
• Negotiate competitive rates.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork.
