This on‑demand remote engagement offers flexible assignments, with availability preferred during US West Coast hours, and compensation at $400‑$500 per day based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional video editing experience with a portfolio showing long-form and short-form work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the ability to turn raw footage into a clear narrative.
• Excellent file-management habits and experience working in collaborative post-production pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Slack and Monday.com for project updates.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos, podcasts, and short-form content for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Translate briefs and outlines into edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Maintain organized, handoff-ready project files following naming conventions and workflows.
• Communicate progress, surface blockers early, and incorporate feedback within timelines.
• Use performance data and platform trends to improve future edits and workflows.
