Job summary

Lemon Production is seeking a Mid-Level Video Editor (Remote, Freelance) to transform creative briefs and raw footage into engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms. The role requires strong editing skills, a solid portfolio, and the ability to work independently from creative briefs.

You will edit UGC, product videos, and promotional content, applying color, sound, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics while adhering to brand guidelines

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects or Photoshop.
• Portfolio of previous video editing work (required).
• Strong understanding of short-form content for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
• Create hooks within the first 3 seconds to capture attention.
• Apply color correction, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Adapt videos to different formats and aspect ratios for multiple platforms.
• Create multiple ad variations to test different hooks, angles, and CTAs.
• Follow brand guidelines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
