Job summary

The Pac-12 Conference is seeking a creative Social & Digital team member to elevate the conference's digital presence across social platforms. This freelance role supports the creation and execution of engaging content surrounding championships, student-athletes, member institutions, and live-event coverage.

The Pac-12 office is based in San Ramon, CA, and remote freelance candidates in CA, WA, OR, CO, ID, TX, and UT are encouraged to apply; approximately 15–30 hours per week with flexible

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
• Availability to work flexible, non-traditional hours.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work in digital, social or graphic design.
• Passion for collegiate athletics and understanding of college sports & social media trends.
• Ability to work 15–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging social media graphics for the Pac-12's digital platforms.
• Develop original creative assets while maintaining brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the social and digital team to support conference initiatives and live-event coverage.
• Create high-quality graphics during live events with quick turnaround times.
• Contribute visual storytelling ideas to enhance fan engagement across platforms.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices to evolve the conference's digital presence.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
