The campaign invites the Down syndrome community to share how research improves lives, and you’ll bring your own concepts, scripting, and storytelling to turn briefs into scroll-stopping content. You will deliver 9:16 and 16:9 formats with burned-in captions and accessibility, handle end-to-end production, and incorporate feedback within deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of short-form social video (TikTok / Reels / YouTube).
• Able to work end to end — concept, script, edit, caption, export.
• Creative eye for hooks, pacing, and messaging that performs on social.
• Comfort handling sensitive, community-focused subject matter with care and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Concept, script, and produce short-form marketing videos for TikTok and YouTube.
• Combine provided brand assets with original ideas and visuals.
• Deliver each video in both 9:16 and 16:9 formats.
• Build in burned-in captions and accessibility as standard.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver within agreed timelines.
