Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sales and marketing hiring.
• Experience recruiting for sales executives, business development executives, field sales, insurance sales, FMCG sales or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without paid job-portal database access.
• Strong candidate networking, sourcing, screening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment assignments independently and work remotely.
• Willingness to work on a freelance, assignment-based engagement.
• Open to success-based compensation or a mutually agreed fee structure.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for non-IT sales and marketing positions across India.
• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, WhatsApp communities and other direct sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates without relying on paid job-portal database access.
• Screen candidates for role suitability, experience, communication skills and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure.
• Share relevant candidate profiles and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Work independently on assigned requirements and meet agreed sourcing and recruitment targets.
