CUENTO is hiring a Project Manager to keep our marketing work on time, on scope and organized across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is the connective tissue between strategy, creative and execution – tracking deliverables, managing timelines and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as work moves across marketing, email, advertising, web, creative and account teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, proactive communicator across cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking scope, budgets, and timelines with accuracy.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and status across multiple client accounts.
• Build and maintain project trackers, calendars, and workback schedules.
• Coordinate handoffs between account, creative, email, advertising, web, and e-commerce teams.
• Run or support internal check-ins to review status, blockers, and deadlines.
• Track scope against budgeted hours and flag potential overages to account leads.
