Frida is seeking a Paid Social - Performance Video Editor (Freelance) to join our team. You will edit performance-focused video ads for Meta and TikTok using raw footage, UGC, product footage, scripts, voiceovers, and briefs provided.

The role requires strong creative judgment, understanding of direct-response and e-commerce campaigns, and ability to create ready-to-test ads without rigid frame-by-frame mapping. This is fully remote with occasional ET overlap.

Qualifications

• Experience editing direct-response or e-commerce ads.
• Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and conversion.
• Ability to create platform-native Meta/TikTok ads.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
• Create UGC-style, creator-led, product demo, and testimonial ads
• Turn raw footage, scripts, voiceovers into polished ads
• Develop creative variations for testing
• Test different hooks, pacing, and CTAs
• Use on-screen text, motion graphics, and pattern interrupts
