Snap Finance is seeking a talented Digital Designer to execute on our eCommerce creative initiatives. This role focuses on promotional assets that drive engagement and conversion across email, paid media, social, and site placements.

You will collaborate with our in-house design team to develop modular promotional creative that scales across channels, including email and on-site placements. The ideal candidate brings strong ecommerce sensibility and experience with generative AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, ideally in eCommerce or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce campaigns and promotional digital creative.
• Experience creating assets that scale across multiple digital channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with Wrike is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual creation of recurring promotional themes across email, paid media, social, and on-site placements.
• Create modular components that scale across channels.
• Develop high-impact email elements per brief and guidelines.
• Support digital merchandising through compelling promotional assets aligned with strategy.
• Translate marketing direction into conversion-focused digital assets.
• Iterate creatives based on performance insights and A/B results.
