Snap Finance is seeking a talented Digital Designer to create promotional digital assets for our eCommerce properties and channels. You will collaborate with our in‑house team to develop modular, scalable creative that balances elevated visuals with performance-driven thinking and AI-assisted workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, with a focus on generating imagery, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across email, social, paid media, and on-site placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in digital design, preferably e‑commerce or performance marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing eCommerce campaigns and promotional digital creative (portfolio required).
• Experience creating assets that scale across multiple digital channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; strong typography and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual creation of recurring promotional and seasonal themes across eCommerce campaigns with in-house design.
• Create modular promotional components for email, paid media, social, and on-site placements.
• Develop high-impact email elements and full email creative per briefs and guidelines.
• Support digital merchandising with compelling promotional assets aligned with strategy.
• Translate marketing strategy into conversion-focused digital assets.
• Iterate creatively based on performance insights, A/B testing results.
• Create generative AI imagery and product shots using vendor files under art direction.
• Maintain organized, scalable files and reusable components in Figma and DAM.
