Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UI design, art direction, or related field with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Deep expertise in creating and evolving design systems for scalable products.
• Strong knowledge of user interface, responsive design, and product design principles.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced components and libraries management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
