Qualifications

• State and/or nationally recognized court reporting certification (e.g., CSR, RPR).
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and time management required.
• Ability to work in-person, remote, or hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Attend and record depositions and hearings.
• Use stenographic equipment and CAT software to capture records.
• Prepare, edit, and deliver certified transcripts on time.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams.
• Manage case-related materials and documentation.
